Channeling the big "C" into creativity.

My name is Danielle Hitchcock. I’m a 36-year-old mother to 5-year-old-twins. A yogi. An entrepreneur. A designer. A wife. A daughter. A sister. A friend. And a fully formed human being. I’ve climbed some mountains in this life. I’ve enjoyed the valleys and taken deep breaths at the peaks. I’ve known deep loss and great joy. As we all do.

My kids have been home since March 2020 when the COVID-19 Pandemic began. As if juggling the kids, their remote schooling, my own business (I’m the Principal + Creative Director of Twin Design + Art Direction) and peri-menopause wasn’t enough of a challenge, 2021 has gifted me with Aggressive Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

An artist and writer at heart, I’ve decided to document the journey. So for all things cancer and how one person’s diagnosis reverberates beyond just that one person, tag along for the ride.
